Senior Performance Analyst

As a performance analyst the responsibilities will include analysing website and user behaviours on a periodic basis, also identifying gaps in the current website engagement and goals. Identifying the key pain points for a client and coordinating with the implementation team for the next steps would be the scope for this role.


  • Conducting behavioural audits and analysis on the site regularly.
  • Analysing Website/Campaign/Ads engagement and user flow.
  • Setting up or auditing the current tracking and goal conversion setup in a site and  following up with modifications that need to be made on the same.
  • Monitoring website traffic, SERP behaviours and developing strategies around getting the  maximum relevant traffic to the site.
  • Generating landing page suggestions based on user engagement data.

Required Skills:

  • Must have an attitude to hustle and a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as an SEO Analyst, Performance analyst or a Team Lead  in a SEO process
  • Must have advanced experience on Google Analytics and advanced use of Google tag  Manager to track and setup performance KPIs
  • Professional certification of Advanced Content and Social Tactics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus.
  • HTML and JavaScript experience to understand SEO is an added advantage. • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in using industry tools is a must (such as SEMRush, MOZ, AWR, AHREFs  etc.)
  • Experience handling and reporting through Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and  Search console.
  • Great interpersonal skills and Ability to follow specifications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
